What is the name of your state? WestVirginia

My divorce paper states that at the latest the hime will be placed i the market on no later than 10 years following entry of the divorce. It also states that we agree that the ex-husband may continue to reside in the last martial home until it is sold. I moved into a different home.When can I make the ex sell the house. I want to sell it now. I really need help on this.

You can force him to sell no later than 10 years after the final divorce. Simple huh?

Sale of house

I want my ex to sell the house now. He refuses. I sent a realator to the house to sell it. He would not let him in. He states he has 8 more years and intends to stay there. My health is so bad I need to sell now.

Tough. You can't force him. He has ten years to sell it. He can take the entire ten years.
