i live in ohio. i owe sales tax from a bankrupt business in the late 80's. it was declared and discharged, but the state of ohio says that it is not dischargable. they are trying to collect now. Questions:1)i work for a company based out of california. my pay check is issued from there. they have no ohio offices. can the state of ohio force a california company to garnish my wages? 2) if i move to florida, can ohio still enforce collection efforts there?

help!!
