What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Texas

What is the sales tax on liquor sold in restaurants? Is it .0825% or higher?

Liquor tax is 14%. If the restaurant has liquor license they pay that on all liquor, wine and beer sales.
If they have a beer and wine only license, they pay the regular 0.0625-0.0825 sales tax on those sales
