Can we remove the terms and conditions from the sales tenders we submit if we have them posted on our website?

The sales terms and conditions are posted on our website, we would like to know if we can remove the Terms and Conditions from the sales tenders we submit and just specify to refer to the website to see Terms and Conditions.
