I liked the car found out it was salvage decided to buy anyway

found out at the last minute at DMV in California that there were 172 extra dollars extra involved due to it being salvage.

the previous owner was compensated for those expenses by the insurance co
when the car was declared salvage

I feel I was taken advantage of because I did not know the implications of a salvage title until the last minute. (This was after a long search I was stressed wasn't thinking clearly) The previous owner who was there did not offer to pay those additional expenses.

I know that the seller is responsible in Real Estate aware or not. What about with cars

Don't rub it in

Sir I know what that means
No need to rub it in
That of course doesn't apply with real estate

I was checking if there was recourse
Don't reply if you're going to be unkind
