What is the name of your state? Texas

Is it legal for same company, same job and each may get different types of benefits, such as limos, cars, memberships to different facilitys?

Yes, it's perfectly legal. There is no law that says an employer must provide the same perquisites to everyone (or even any at all.) If they want to give one guy a limo and a country club membership and not his counterpart, that's life. They don't have to be paid the same either.

The only time this would be a problem is if the decision was based on an employee's age, race, gender, national origin, religion, etc. That would be prohibited. They can be treated differently in spite of any of those factors, just not because of any one of them.
