My biological mother was involved with another woman for 12 years. She helped my mother raise 5 children then my mother left her. All of us children are over 18, however my youngest sister is 15 and lives with my biological mother and her new partner. She is threatning to sue my non-biological mother for child support. No adoption ever took place and they were never married...Can she legally do this?
