What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? OHIO

Is there a sample of divorce papers that I can see for Lake County Ohio? We have 1 child together out of wed lock. Yes he signed the birth certificate and he IS the real father. I also brought 1 child into the relationship that he would like custody of. I have no means to take care of the children.

I have put long thought in this and I do not need anything from the divorce.
Emotion does not help in any legal case, so there is no point in getting into detail, is there?

Try divorcecourt.org and go to the Clerk of Courts for Summit County. Search by document type. Also read Lake County rules of court. He has no right to get custody of the child that is not his. That child's father has rights. Your soon to be ex does not. Why do you believe you cannot parent YOUR child? Can you afford child support?

No real skills no help no sitter can not find employment, the kids would end up in foster care if left with me. I guess i would be considered unfit. so i am not going to fight.

the other child's father is not a safe choice. right or no rights. not a safe or healthy choice! But in the past he did agree to let my sister adopt him.

*all feelings aside this is just how it is*

At least you're honest and I'm sorry for the position you're in. Must be tough.

Anyway, what will you do with the child support situation? How old are these children anyway and how will you deal with schooling for the older child, since your ex is not the legal father of this child, he cannot make any legal decisions for him. What does father of child #1 think about giving guardianship of the boy to your ex husband and what's his situation with child support?

Here is the problem: Lake County court will NOT have jurisdiction over your child with another man. Unless you decide to commit a felony (which is NOT something to do unless you want to go to prison). The court cannot make any custody decisions regarding your child with man number 2. Your husband would have to sue other daddy and you for custody of that child. You need to rectify the skills and employment problem because you will be responsible for child support. ON BOTH children. And you can be imputed with a full time minimum wage income (minimum wage is $7.30 an hour in Ohio).

I completely understand that! And so does my husband.

My husband will as the courts to wave child support due to specific reasons.

and when did minimum wage go to $7.30 in Ohio?? Most Jobs are still offering less to start!!!
