Was initially contacted by CSE in June of this year, promptly responded to request. CSE never responded or replied to my letter promising my cooperation even though I sent reply certified mail. Here's the kicker, CSE filed a civil action on Sep 10 waited 51 days and then mailed notice to me on Oct 30. I had about a week's notice before a scheduled hearing. Luckily, I got a lawyer who got me a continuance. Can CSE be sanctioned or punished for basically trying to screw me and not serve proper notice.
