What is the name of your state? NC

A Judgement was granted in Small Claims Court a few months ago. Yesterday, I received a certified letter advising me that the guys property(ies) was in foreclosure and would be auctioned the end of Nov. 2003. When asking the Atty. Assistant(Substitute Trustee) how this would affect me in the collection of my Judgement, I was told basically the Judgement would only be satisfied if I attended the auction, was the winning bidder and later resold the property. Also the Atty. does not know of any further assests. Please advise what I should do at this point to collect?

Thanking you in advance.
