What is the name of your state? south carolina

What is the SOL for unsecured debts in sc. The last time I paid on this debt was in 11-99. The collection agency is calling me 7 days a week, I do not work because I am now disabled and I need to know how to get them to stop. thanks for your help

SOL for credit cards in SC is THREE YEARS, the SOL ran out in 2002 !

Get an address and send them a complete cease and desist letter that tells them never to contact you about it again as the debt is time-barred. Here is a good sample to use for just this purpose:
