If I had Yankee tickets, face value of $150. what is the NY laws for scalping? How much could I legally sell them for? If someone, for instance, outside the stadium, offers me $500 for a ticket, is it legal to sell it at that price if the BUYER names the price? Is there a way to tell if the BUYER is an undercover law enforcement officer?

Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.
