Wife is here on a k-3, she has not had her interview for adjust of status, doesnt have her conditional green card-- I want to divorce- I feel it was a sham marriage- but have not much proof. She blatantly states she wants cash to move on, but wont put it in writing.

**A: you want an alien to give you something in writing that she wants cash to move on? You're very silly. Get a divorce and file it before the status interview. The Go to the interview and show the worker the court filed divorce papers.

Moving out...

My only hesitation was that I wanted to get her to move out first... In CT, when you file, "automatic orders" kick-in, and one of them is no changes in living arrangements- So, lets say divorce takes 9 months (possible) she'll stay put and make me miserable... But, thanks, really.
