Scammed by 2 mechanics

I took my truck into Andy's auto estimated me 1600 for labor and I buy my own parts he took it to the machine shop to restore the heads. I purchased a lot of parts and after the 5th time bringin him parts my truck was not there I questioned him about it he said that he had to take it to his Uncle's shop because he needed to use his left he did not ask or notify me. I said OK weeks pass tell me the trucks almost finish to bring him half the money plus more parts I gave him a $800 n the parts. When he picked up the money he told me I should be finished by next week.my husband calls asked is it finish so I can have the 800 ready he then explains to my husband that he had a problem that his Uncle and his uncle's partner had got in an argument and that the partner was keeping the vehicles and not releasing them he gave my husband a number to the David Morales at dtek automotive. I call David told him im the owner of the truck and explained what andy told me he then explained Andy lied and scammed me and anotger person that he doesn't know his Uncle and he never worked with Andy.That he did all the work on my truck and that he wants $1800 on top of the 800 already had given andy auto.Plus he has a receipts for some parts.I said andy didn't buy any parts. I brought my parts online he then changed it and said yeah there's some parts missing your truck has like 4 hours more work.I caught the lie so then I question again about Andy hes like oh yeah he just brings me 3 to 5 cars a week to work. I explained to him I do not have a contract with him have a contract with Andy's auto-repair I can give him the $800 if my truck is ready he said no I want 1800 and I cannot get my truck. I notify the police I called my finance company come to find out they removed my GPS andy gave me a fake address to where dtek automotive was how I found the shop is because I looked the phone number online.Come to find out Andy's real name is juan.Also have toll buy plates on my tag by them.I call the police didn't help me to even wanting listen the kept changing me to districts I was on the phone for like over 2 hours how they got there is because my husband said he was gonna break the window and 10 minutes the cops came. Andy did prove to me that he was telling somewhat truth but i didn't trust him because he gave me a fake address. I contacted the other victim he came. The cops get there David lied and said that my husband had threatened him luckly the other victim as a witness that my husband did not. I started to have a panic attack or was my low blood-sugar because I have Hypocalcemia. While I was having the attack I couldn't breath my throat was closing my face was numb I felt like I was going to pass out they was given me the options only to take the truck and sign a release form or take dtek to court that I could not get my truck back. I had to try to call myself down to try to answer I felt forced and pressured into signing a paper that I did not want to sign I was crying while I was signing . I couldnt really read it I was being rushed because it was raining. Basically the police didn't really wanna be there they already said that they overseen their time there. I told the police all the evidence I have I even have a video of David Morales saying that he did not have my permission to work on my truck the police would not listen to me. I told him about the toll by plates and if my tag is not in the truck cause I saw it on a silver Van can I report my tags stolen they told me no I Repeated like 5 times so I cannot do that they just looked at each-other and stayed quiet and I said so i could not report my tag stolen but they can keep getting toll by plate on my tag. Andes auto-repair shop changed his name to the legacy crew LLC. It wasn't even a release form that I signed it was an estimate and stating that hes given me the truck back-and waiving the fee of 1600 if the papers signed but is not responsible to any missing parts He wrote down there the AC bracket and something else I don't know why it was missing and the other part he wrote down wasnt missing was actually there but broke parts were broken and screws are missing sone parts missing. There was messing around for a while before pushing my truck out I don't know what they did to the motor the police wasnt watching them basically the mechanic that did not have permission to have my vehicle because I didn't even know that it was there had rights but I didn't .
