What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? MA

Bought a high priced set of auto parts on a website called RacingJunk.com. Paid the man $3660.00 for a supercharger and a distinct set of parts, of which he shorted me about 1000.00 dollars of said parts. Now he will not fulfill his end of the agreement and send those parts.
Guy had an impeccable rating of the site, and I overnighted him the money. Like an idiot I did not use a credit card or paypal as it was a private sale, sent postal money orders(which I have the receipts for).
It's been over thirty days and I have recieved numerous ranting and raving emails with one excuse after another.

What to do? Have contacted website and their policy is to provide any documentation they can and pull his profile but thats it.
