What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Ohio

My nephew is currently living with his mother and stepfather, he is 22 years old. He is currently been taking Meth and is very unstable..mood swings, violent to crying and theating to kill his self. He says he has a gun and acts like he is a gangster. His parents are wanting him out. What is the best way to get him out quick. Do they have to give him 30 days notice, he pays no rent? He even goes into detail of the process of making the drug. Thanks in advance for your advice. -- concerned in Ohio:confused:

Tell them to go to police and file a restraining order against him for being unstable and threatening. They will assist him out then. Make sure police know he has a weapon.

Thanks for the quick reply

But wouldnt he just come back anyway, he has no respect for authority at all. And we are pretty sure he would just go down the road to get a fix then come back violently.

Would it be best to get an undercover officer to just take him and his "friends" down? He really runs his mouth so a sting would prob be easy, he wants to setup a lab himself and even is trying to locate a farmer for chemicals

Other poster already advised what to do - they whould go to the police. No one can tell the police how to do their job; "sting", SWAT, whatever is up to them.
