What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? fl
I live in a deed restricted 55 plus community. When we purchased the home my husband was 55. I am 51. My husband recently passed away. What will happen? Property is not selling very well in this community. Can I be forced to sell? Can I be forced to move out if I can't sell the property?
