What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? fl

my son (19 years) was involved in an auto accident which was his fault. We have insurance. My question is, Can I be sued personally if the title to the truck is in my sons name but the insurance is in mine and my husbands name. There were no injuries initially but one never knows what happens a few days later. Thanks,

Anything is possible but if you do not own the truck it is less likely they will bring you into it. They may name you if you live in the same household if there is a need for them to look for umbrella coverage from your homeowners insurance...if it was a minor accident, not very likely.
