I know laws differ from US to Canada but If Somebody knows the laws in Canada please help me:

My friend has been pulled from school, for thoughts she may be a high risk. They think she wants to commit suicide. The fact is she did before she went to councilling. Now she doesn't but with the problems around her, people think she's going to commit suicide, for sure. She knows that no one trusts her. But she wants to know if she may have a case, with the school expelling her for being a possible threat. PLEASE HELP ME!!!

No one here knows the law in Canada; that's why it says at the top US LAW ONLY.
