I attended ITT technical institution in woburn, ma last year and Under contract I signed up. I attended under there media program for two semesters and at the end of the second semester was told their lease was up and they had to move locations. Now the only reason I went to the school there was because of the availability by public transportation, which was going to hinder me by attending there new location? I ultimately had no choice but to drop the program. The question is: Legally should I be reimbursed for the money wasted if I was never told of this move? None of my credits transfer to any other school and I was duped into believing I could obtain there associates degree within just two years of attending, but again how is that possible if I could no longer attend? I understand the whole if you learned it you should pay for it argument, but I solely went there to obtain a degree, no one looks at what classes you took under a job application, that's what I feel I was robbed from. I would of never attended if that was not achievable at said named school.

No you should not be reimbursed for services that have been rendered.

**A: hard to say since we can't read your contract and the provisions therein.

HG, if he took the classes, then he has absorbed the knowleged. That can't be yanked out of his mind.

I agree that he should not pay for classes not already taken but those already taken should be paid for.

**A: I agree. I read the post too fast and thought the OP had another semester to go.
