School meetings in English

Is there a law that requires school meetings, such as PTA meetings, to be conducted in English as the primary language, or can they be conducted in a foreign language.

There is no law in CA that requires them to be held in English ... at least that was the last word from our local School Board attorney when a similar question came up a year ago.

I have yet to see one that is conducted in a language OTHER than English, however.
