My son took a picture of a teacher laughing at an obscene image on another students computer monitor. He posted this picture on to twitter, and took the post down a few hours later. The obscene image appeared on the picture he took and the school wants to say he was distributing pornographic images. Shouldn't the school keep obscene images from showing up on school computers? A student hacked the system and put that image as a screen saver on a another students computer and my son took a picture of his teacher laughing at the image. Should my son really be in trouble for distributing pornographic images when it was a school security system flaw that allowed the image to be shown to a whole classroom. What can I do to appeal this accusation of the school? How can I help my son?
