Eight year old little girl in public school constantly being hit by classmate. Teacher says to hit her back and refuses to get involved. School says it has it's own rules and little girl needs to learn to defend herself. Nobody seems to care. Small south Georgia town where nobody questions the school's authority. Does the school have such authority? Who is liable? Do we as parents have any other options other than to pull her out of the school?
