You aren't qualified to homeschool a kindergarten-aged child, much less anyone older. Put her in a real school, ASAP.

Why do you think you have grounds to sue anyone?

Homeschool is successful in helping students keep learning, and the school provides the school materials with instructions and has regular visits with a teacher reviewing lessons with the parent who is teaching the student.

We have used homeschool several times with successful results. The teacher even mentioned that she could see the difference in the student outside of the classroom where the incidents had occured. After our student was out of the classroom for three weeks, several other students came forward with similar incident reports and the situation was resolved with positive results for all the students.

What do you want to happen? The student(s) doing the bullying needs help as well as your student.

Teasing is one of those normal rites of passage that everyone goes through at one time or another. Removing the child from the situation is not going to help him learn to cope or grow up.
