both parents have joint legal custody but one has physical custody and other has visitation rights
both parents are non religious however mother placed kids in a religious school - what can the other parent do

You should have asked this in your other thread. However, you and your attorney made the decision not to address the school issue. Therefore its too late to raise that issue now. On top of that, that would not give you what you want anyway.
