we are a small film society and we'd like to screen videos and DVD's. we have purchased a video projector and anticipate renting and screening three to five films a week. the screenings will include some preliminary remarks and a discussion following the screening. We would like to advertise these screenings to the general population in our area and ask for a "donation" to help cover expenses. what is the best way to set this up so we don't violate any copywright laws. we will be operating as a not for profit and may have both subscription and donations revenue streams.
