No she owes me nothing I bought the vehicle I have no driver's license so to register the vehicle we used her name on the title I was under the impression lien holder obviously meant more than it does can u tell me if I have any say can i make her sell ? Can i do any thing or just move along lock my wounds

There is an argument you can make that might help you. It would appear she is possibly holding the title in an effective trust. One problem you may find is that if you did what you did to circumvent the law, you may get a judge telling your your dirty hands (google clean hands doctrine or dirty hands doctrine) cause the court to refuse to take any action to remedy your situation.

This is the girlfriend here yes that is exactly what he did he tried to circumvent the law the vehicle is in my name the insurance is in my name the tag is mine the vehicle effectively belongs to me and I will be damned if I haven't ate time DUI recipient behind the wheel of a vehicle that I am held liable for if he hits and kill somebody and my dad's an attorney so I'm not worried I'll be just fine

Why did you help him by doing all this in the first place?

Don't you feel you owe him money for the car he purchased?
