I was convicted of two counts of theft/shoplifting about 2 years ago. Today I am a paralegal student pursuing goals and no longer in that type of lifestyle. I was recently up for a very good position w/a large insurance company and was denied that position because of the background check information. How can I go about sealing these records to pursue my goals in the future. Please help.....

Thank you for your time and attention to this matter that is so very important to me.

See a criminal defense lawyer in your state and locale. I'm not sure you can get it expunged now, and all convicted people would like their convictions expunged.
