What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Nevada

I need an attorney to answer please. What is the point of sealing a criminal conviction if it can be divulged to the Board of Nursing. I sealed a misdemenor record and according to the nrs I read the only agencies besides of course the courts and prosecutors who have access to it is the Nevada Game Board. The statue says I can answer "all inquiries" as if the conviction never happened. No where in that statue does it name the Board of Nursing as an agency that can inspect a sealed record. If that is the case, do I have to answer on the licensing application that I have been convicted of a crime. The application says regardless of whether it was sealed or expunged. Does not the NRS take precedence of their wanting to know. What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
