Search of homes while minors present

I have a question. If i am on Parole and my P.O. wants to search my home while i am at work and my fifteen year old daughter is at home alone can he demand her to open the door and allow him to search my home if he shows up unnanounced?. If he is with another person?

when you agreed to parole, you signed a paper that basicly put most of your rights on hold. you do however retain the right to breathe and go to the bathroom unassisted. Enjoy your freedom
