What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? NY

Hello forum

I'm wondering if my ticket could possibly be contested on one of two possible problems with the citation:

1) In the section marked "COMPLAINANT SIGN AND PRINT NAME/RANK"
It is signed "PO" followed by one indistinguishable script letter, but NO attempt at a PRINTED name at all.

2) "In Violation of:" has section 1229c3A
This seems to apply to either DJ licensed operators or passengers.

My thinking is it should be only 1229c3, since I was the (adult) operator at the time.

Is there a fight to be made here?

Thanks

There are two section 3-a's - your ticket is not defective. One of them DOES apply to you.

That is hardly a defect.

As written the ticket is fine.
