Hi,

I'm from NY.

I need to know exactly what types of trades are charged SEC fees and which are exepmt from them. I have only found info regarding rule 144a, so anything else would be great help.

Call or visit the public reference room at the SEC's regional office in NYC. It is in the Woolworth Building.
