If you are arrested for a second offense and the first offense has not gone to trial, is there any reason not to tell the attorney?

This was recommended to a friend of mine by another attorney. It seems to me you they should be honest and up-front with the attorney that is handling the first offense.

Comments? What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

There is no reason not to tell YOUR attorney. There are plenty of reasons you SHOULDN'T hide this from YOUR attorney.
