Second dui in ohio

My fiance was convicted of his first dui on Jan. 4, 2000. He was sentenced to suspended jail time, licsense suspension, and probation until July 4, 2000. This was in a neighboring county of ours. On May 12, he was arrested again for a dui, and a dus in our home county of Ohio. What kind of sentencing can we expect for this second dui and driving under suspension. If possible, could anyone give me a worst/best scenario?
