What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? California

I was arrested in 2006 for my first ever DUI. I completed my dui classes but was still on court probation for 3 years, this month I was arrested while sleeping in my car and got arrested for a DUI AGAIN. I was at a .24 according to the officer. During those 3 years I've been good except for a red light ticket which I was able to take classes online to remove it from my record. My question is: Will I been seen as a multiple offender even if it was back in 2006, four years ago? What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

Of course. The lookback period is TEN YEARS. You've got a prior within that period. There's a 96 hour, at least, jail time involved. Some counties give more.

You need a lawyer.

Were you good or you weren't caught! You don't just go from being good one day to being hammered the next, me thinks you need rehabilitation for alcohol abuse!
