Why exactly am I a moron? Because I did WHAT? Oh right. Nothing, apart from trying to help someone...? I've never had a DUI. I've never been arrested. I've never been in any trouble. The CHP said had he not blown over, he would not have taken him in. clearly, alcohol and other substances affect everyone differently.

Okay, whatever. Obviously the point was missed. I CANNOT change what has happened. Only time will tell what the future holds. I simply asked - from a LEGAL standpoint - what the options are, what might happen, because I am a research hound and don't like being slapped in the face with surprises.
