Second thoughts

I agreed yesterday to a deal to purchase a new car but am now having second thoughts. I've heard about the three-day cooling off period that allows consumers to renege after agreeing to a contract. Does this apply to car purchases?

here in wv, the three day period is the law on any contract whatsoever, especially vehicles.
