Im 18, and live in Pennsylvania. I just got my second underage and I want to know if there is anything i can do. My first one was at the age of 17 and I wasn't sure if that one is still on my record since I was a minor then. Also, if it is still on my record is there anything I can do, like appeal or anything to get out. A freind of mine that got one (only one) plead guilty, took the classes then appealed the liscence suspension and won.

Any advice at all would be appreciated

Sounds like a plan.
Get real & quit drinking then you won't have to worry, until then YOU don't need to drink or have a driver's license.

Actually, you were given helpful advice - see an attorney.

Did you REALLY expect anyone on a legal site to tell you how to avoid facing the consequences of your actions?

Isn't that what attornys are paid to do? I was just hoping you guys could give me some advice so i don't waste my money on an attorny. Will it cost me money just to tell him my case, even if i decide i don't want to use him? thanks again

A second offense isn't a mistake. As a matter of fact, a FIRST offense isn't a mistake.

You know the law, and the consequences for getting caught breaking the law. You take a calculated risk that you will not get caught. Unfortunately (for you) the odds weren't in your favor, and you get caught.

Then, you get caught again for the same thing. So not only do you have a demonstrated disregard for the law, you are obviously a bit slow on the learning curve, my young friend....
