I'm from Wisconsin. My mother has my name as the secondary holder on many of her credit cards and she is now declaring bankruptcy. Will I now be held responsible for her debt?

This is NOT a securities and investements question but if you co-signed the application you are liable.

If you are otherwise bound because you signed and used the cards the credit card companies will look to you to pay, at least on charges you made.
