I'm in Texas and I work in a retail store where we have secret shoppers that come in and tape us visually and with audio without us knowing. And now the district manager wants all the employees to watch one of the secret videos in a store-wide meeting. I feel like this is an invasion of our privacy is some manner, esp. since all employees will be forced to view it in the mandatory meeting. The manager has already commented on how bad and embarrassing it was. Is this legal?
