What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? NH
I have filed a lawsuit pro se against my servicer who is out of state. I was told I need to go to my Secretary of State - give the Order of Notice - pay them - and they will send it and it is considered notification by me. Will I get a receipt from the SOS of it being sent? Do I attach the receipt and send the second copy registered mail to the defendant? I have to file a return of service. If I send the receipt to the defendant, what do I give the court? How do I file a return of service with the NH court? The judge gave me 4 days to do this!! I need help. Thanks.
