Section 8 Fraud

I am in Arizona, and live in a complex that accepts section 8.

One of the people who has section 8 allows others to live in her apartment for months
at a time. There have been several "sets" of people (including her boyfriend) who have
been in and out over the past 18 months.

I have contacted my local section 8 agency by phone and fax, and they have done nothing.

Who do I contact in the federal government to report this abuse?

Violating the lasw

It is my respnsibility because these people are violating the law, and taking money
away from those who would use it without law breaking.

I am a citizen, and taxpayer, and if I see a crime being comitted, I am obligated to report it, I don't want my hard earned money wasted on people who have no respect for the law.
