What is the name of your state? Arizona. Could someone please tell me if liens on my home/property are discharged along with other debts after conclusion of the Chapter 7?

These debts would be credit card and past homeowners association dues. If someone could just give me some direction here, I would be grateful. Thanks.

The liens should have been stripped off during your bankruptcy. You may be able to get them removed, but it's not going to be simple. The underlying debt that ended in judgment and lien is unenforceable and the liens should be released. You are probably going to need a lawyer to do this.

Does State or District law override Federal BK laws after discharge of Ch 7?

Thank you Lady in Red for your help. The homeowners assoc. mgmt co. claims they need to be paid according to AZ law....however, they do not actually have a lien, just a judgement which they have not acted on due to the BK, which is now discharged. I am refinancing my mortgage, and they wrote a letter to the mortgage broker claiming they must be paid in full upon funding. They were included in the BK, originally in the 13, which I converted to 7. They were paid down to less than half of what I owed them. I do appreciate your help and time. Thanks again.
