What is the name of your state? Washington :)
Is there a way to guarantee repayment of a personal loan made to a friend to help with property payments? Can some form be filed so that the loan will be repaid whenever the property is sold?

**A: yes, and that form is a recorded instrument commonly called a mortgage.
