I stay In UAE. My brother borrowed money from his manager and when he wanted to go for vacation his manager asked him to provide a security cheque to get his passport, prmosing that the chque will be returned when he comes back from the vacation. I have given my cheque as security, and now my brother is back to dubai but the person is not returning the cheque. What should I do ?
