Security Clearance & Foreign Financial Interests

What is the name of your state? TX

I've had a secret security clearance that expired in 02. I (my employer) would like to renew my clearance. However, after 02 I've become a minority shareholder in an overseas family business based on financial help I've provided. I do not receive any income nor do I participate in day to day running of the business. However, the business has borrowed money from local banks and I am a cosignor. Will this pose a problem in renewing my clearance?
