My son 20 years old and his 16 year old girlfriend have a 10 month old son. They all live with us Grandparents. My son is wanting to get out of the relationship with the girlfriend but wants custody of there son. She has had veery bad home life with her parents, and has not been taking very good care of grandson. He crys if she trys to hold him. she calls him bad baby and brat, she has often told my son to just go die. she is a highschool drop out,
