I am seeking a reference case for the following: Student enrolled in ABC school, whose previous name was XYZ School. The Enrollment Agreement indicated ABC School, but when student paid, registration fee listed payment for (old name) XYZ School. Is there any reference case that can show agreement or registration is invalid or voided because receipt does not have correct name of school, or other entity, on it?
