RE: Seeking state certified birth certificate

We have been informed by the Bureau of Vital Statistics that we must seek a court order from the state Attorney General in order to record the birth of our child born in 1991.

How do we do this?

Did the birth occur in Idaho?

If so, have you filled out one of these forms?

RE: Answer to reply to Seeking State Cert Birth Cert.

Thank you for your reply. No, the child was not born in ID. Born in NJ. We live in Idaho. Our request for delayed record of birth denied by NJ Bureau of Vital stats. Help?
