Property managment changed the locks on my my doors 23 days past rent due date. And 11 days past my one and only notice, a 5 day notice taped to the door. I have checked with all the courts and nothing was filed for an eviction. I went to justice court to try to start a claim or whatever I need to do. They sent me to Supreme Court, they sent me to the Sheriff's Office. I have had no help everybody is telling me I can't do anything since they went about the eviction illegally. The property management took all of my belongings out of the house, and put most in the shed. But my couch is and my bed have been throwing out on the ground. What is my next step? I do not know what to do.

The 5 day notice to quit was legit but it appears that your landlord failed to comply with the requirements for eviction addressed by ARS 33-1368(B) which involves filing for eviction in court.

https://www.azleg.gov/FormatDocument.asp?inDoc=/ars/33/01368.htm&Title=33&DocType=ARS

How he is supposed to do that in court is addressed by ARS 33-1377:

Your remedy for unlawful ouster is addressed by ARS 33-1367:

The complete AZ landlord tenant statute is at:

The court personnel is not allowed to give legal advice and neither are we. If you cannot get anything helpful from the court's website I suggest you consult an attorney or, if you can't afford one, check your local legal aid or look for a tenants rights organization that might provide you with free legal assistance.

Meantime, get yourself a truck and get your stuff to a storage facility. The longer you wait to do that, the more likely it is that your stuff will be gone.
